Haley Reynolds, FNP-C
Haley joined the practice in 2019 as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in sleep medicine. She has a background in pulmonary and sleep as both a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Georgia Southern University as a Registered Nurse and from University of South Alabama as a Nurse Practitioner. In her free time, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband and 2-year-old son, “The Boy”, also known as Nick.
Anna Kleinberg, FNP-C
Anna Kleinberg, FNP-C joined Avilys in March 2020 as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from Georgia College & State University with her Bachelor of Science in nursing in December 2011. She graduated from Maryville University with her Master of Science in nursing in December 2019. She has worked in medical-surgical, pediatrics, cardiovascular intensive care unit, and post anesthesia care unit as a registered nurse, and primary care and sleep medicine as a family nurse practitioner. On her time off, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves animals and plans to start a rescue for senior dogs and cats in the future.
Taylor Dickerson, FNP-C
Taylor is a lifelong middle Georgia native. In 2017, she graduated from Georgia Southern University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing. She later received her master’s degree in Nursing from Georgia Southwestern University in 2021. She is currently certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She began her nursing career at Navicent Health in the Cardiovascular ICU. After two years, she transferred to the Operating Room where she was a circulating
nurse for trauma, general, and robotic surgery. Taylor has been with us since May of 2021. She has a true passion for helping patients and improving their overall quality of life.
In her personal time, Taylor enjoys spending time with family, listening to live music downtown, and running with her two dogs, Sadie and Annie.
Stephanie Morrison, FNP-C
Stephanie joined the practice in 2022 as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Stephanie started her nursing journey in 2010 as an LPN and has 4 nursing degrees ending with FNP in 2022. She received her master’s degree in nursing from Albany State University. She began her nursing career in otolaryngology and has experience with neurology, public health, and pediatrics. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeff and their 6 children.
Shannon Mitchell, FNP-BC
Shannon Mitchell, FNP-BC is a board certified nurse practitioner that joined our group in 2022. She has a background in cardiovascular, progressive care, and renal care as an RN. Once becoming a nurse practitioner, she began in primary care to solidify a knowledge base to help her progress. Now, since joining our team, she enjoys helping patients with sleep complications on a daily basis. During her down time, she enjoys vacationing at the beach as well in the mountains with her family.
