Haley Reynolds, FNP-C, joined Avilys Sleep in 2019 as a Board-Certified Family Nurse
Practitioner specializing in sleep medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama.
Haley’s clinical background includes experience in pulmonary and sleep medicine, both as a
registered nurse and as a nurse practitioner. Her deep understanding of respiratory and sleep
health allows her to provide compassionate, effective care to patients managing chronic sleep and breathing disorders.
Outside of work, Haley enjoys camping and spending time outdoors. She grew up riding horses and hopes to get another horse for her and her kids in the future.
Anna Kleinberg, FNP-C, joined Avilys Sleep in March 2020 as a Board-Certified Family Nurse
Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia College & State
University in 2011 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in 2019.
Anna’s clinical background includes experience in medical-surgical, pediatrics, cardiovascular
intensive care, and post-anesthesia care as a registered nurse, as well as primary care and sleep medicine as a nurse practitioner.
In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering for local
animal shelters and rescues.
Taylor Dickerson, FNP-C, is a lifelong Middle Georgia native who joined Avilys Sleep in May
2021. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University in 2017 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southwestern University in 2021. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Taylor began her nursing career at Navicent Health in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
before transitioning to the Operating Room, where she served as a circulating nurse for trauma, general, and robotic surgery. Her diverse background has shaped her passion for helping patients and improving their overall quality of life.
In her personal time, Taylor enjoys spending time with family, listening to live music downtown, and running with her two dogs, Sadie and Annie.
Jessica Norris, FNP-C, joined Avily’s Sleep in November 2023 as a Board-Certified Family
Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Albany State University in 2014, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019. She went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at Albany State University in 2023.
Jessica’s clinical experience includes three years in the Emergency Room as a registered nurse, four years in the vascular lab, and additional work in special and interventional radiology. Her broad background equips her to care for patients with a steady, practical approach.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her two girls and her husband, especially
during family time at the lake. She also loves to read.
Jessica Craft, DNP, FNP-C, joined Avilys Sleep in May 2025 as a Certified Family Nurse
Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North
Carolina at Wilmington and went on to receive her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Nurse
Practice from Augusta University.
Jessica’s clinical background includes work in children’s emergency medicine, the emergency
room, post-anesthesia care, and intensive care. Her wide range of experience allows her to
provide compassionate, patient-focused care to individuals and families across all stages of life.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, and their two daughters, Kaylin and Kolbie. She is active in her church community at Centerpoint Church and loves running in her free time. One of her personal goals is to complete a half marathon in under two hours.
Amber Romano, FNP-BC, joined Avilys Sleep in June 2025 as a Board-Certified Family Nurse
Practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Georgia State
University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgia College and State University.
Amber’s clinical background includes experience in critical care, hospice and palliative care,
chronic care management, obesity medicine, and primary care. She is passionate about helping patients achieve better health outcomes through education, preventive care, and a personalized approach to wellness.
Outside of her clinical work, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and five children.
She has a love for interior design, painting, and exploring local farmers markets. A former mural artist, she still enjoys finding creative outlets when time allows.
Amber describes herself as a “crunchy mom,” incorporating holistic and natural health options into her lifestyle and practice. She is a Mold Certified Practitioner specializing in mold toxicity and detox, and she is currently pursuing certification in Functional Health through the Institute of Functional Medicine. Her goal is to provide comprehensive care by identifying and treating the root causes of disease.
